Blade Runner by Draken413o Blade Runner by Draken413o
"I've... seen things you people wouldn't believe... Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those... moments... will be lost in time, like tears... in... rain. Time... to die..."

Caught the movie as I think I've never seen it before.. it was truly a visual treat considering its time of production.

I'm pretty sure this is a view of Hong Kong from some part of Victoria Peak. Good shot. I visitied Hong Kong and it ignited the Blade Runner photography for me. I have read since that Hong Kong inspired the creators of the film for their distopian vision of the future. So it comes full circle.

I would say it's still an amazing visual treat. While some of it shows its age, a large part of it remains very convincing, a true testament to the filmaker's art.
