Well, I knew the risk of shooting near a puddle on the road next to oncoming traffic but to see a driver deliberately swerve and drive through the puddle to splash the water onto my camera only makes me loose faith in humanity.
Although no damage was done to my camera, I had a mild panic attack when the camera and remote was not responding to one another... But after a wipe down and good blowing (stop right there with the dirty thoughts) it worked fine.
